To start, I meet with my buyers in person so we can speak face to face. If you’re on vacation or out of town and that isn’t possible, we’ll speak over the phone. We’ll go through the process of how this is all going to pan out and set the right expectations. I will guide you step by step with honesty and complete transparency and advise you when necessary.
When you make the decision to sell what is typically your largest asset, I’ll meet with you to make sure that we’re on the same page with what is motivating you to sell and what end result you hope to achieve.
